For the 4th I was lighting fireworks and accidentally burned part of my fingerprints off. I think. So, now I will be harder to track! Isn't that great? I think it is.
Speaking of funny stories that have to do with fire... my friend Alexis was at Girls Camp with me this week and for certification she had to start a fire with steel wool and a battery. So she was carrying the steel wool and battery over to the fire pit IN THE SAME HAND and started a small fire IN HER HAND! She got an award at the end of camp for having the most injuries. Usually I'm the one with that special talent, but, not this year!
Also at Girls Camp Mckenzie Jorgenson and I went potgut/chipmunk/ground squirrel hunting and she got one eating out of her hand! Someone scared mine away. :(
ALSO at Girls Camp we had a water fight and Kenzie got out the hose and chased down our male Camp Director. It was quite interesting to watch. So, at the end of camp she got an award that had to do with that. Along with her award she got a tiny watergun which truly was the STUPIDEST decision in ALL of camp! She carried it around with her everywhere and at breakfast shot me in the eyeballs. She started shooting people at other tables so Maegan and Zoe came over and wrestled her IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STAKE BREAKFAST, pinned her down, and confiscated it! (but not without getting quite wet).
So, I had quite an entertaining camp experience this year.
