These are incredibly delicious mini muffins that Kenzie Jorgenson and I made for Foods class! We got the recipe from my mom's friend in Texas. Try them!
3 1/2 c. flour 4 eggs
2 t. soda 15 0z. pumpkin/ 1 can Combine dry ingred. in bowl. In antoher bowl cream
2 t. cinnamon 1 1/2 c. choc. chips butter and sugars. Blend in eggs. Add dry ing. alternately
1 t. salt with pumpkin. Stir in choc. chips. Bake mini muffins @ 350
1 t. nutmeg degrees for 10-12 minutes. Note: in some ovens it might take
1/2 t. ginger 13 minutes. May freeze. Makes about 50. Possibly more!
1/2 t. cloves
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
